TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Products

NUSTAGE sells digital educational and decision-support products. Current products include the Student Success System and Business Self-Check. The product page and checkout displayed at the time of purchase identify the product, included files, price and delivery information that apply to that order.

2. Individual licence

Each retail purchase is supplied under an Individual Licence for the named purchaser or intended individual user. The licence is limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable. It permits personal use of the purchased digital files and one active personal printed working copy for the licensed individual. For Business Self-Check, the ₹499 Individual Licence includes both the English and Tanglish editions for the same licensed individual; it does not create separate licences for two people.

3. Prohibited and institutional use

You may not resell, redistribute, upload publicly, share paid files with others, sublicense, bulk-print, distribute to a class, team, client group or multiple users, remove NUSTAGE licence marks, reproduce for commercial distribution or present NUSTAGE content as your own product without written permission. Schools, colleges, coaching centres, NGOs, companies and other organisations that need multiple copies or internal distribution must request an Institutional Licence from support@nustage.in.

4. Product-use disclaimer

NUSTAGE products are educational, planning, self-management and decision-support tools. They do not guarantee marks, admission, employment, business success, profit, funding or any other specific outcome. They do not replace qualified academic, medical, mental-health, legal, tax, financial or industry-specific advice where such advice is required.

5. Pricing and payments

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on each product page and at checkout. Current retail prices are ₹349 for the Student Success System and ₹499 for Business Self-Check, with no physical shipping fee and no recurring subscription charge. Payment must be completed through the payment methods shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate purchase and contact information.

6. Purchaser eligibility

A purchaser must be legally capable of entering into the transaction. If the intended user is under 18, the purchase should be made by or with the involvement and consent of a parent or lawful guardian.

7. Digital delivery, cancellations and refunds

Digital delivery is governed by our Shipping / Delivery Policy. Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the NUSTAGE brand, website content, workbook design, text, graphics and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Purchase does not transfer ownership of those rights.

9. Website availability

We aim to keep the website and digital-delivery systems available and secure, but temporary interruption may occur because of maintenance, provider outages, security events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Changes

We may update these terms when necessary. The effective date above identifies the current published version.

11. Consumer rights and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
