1. Product

The NUSTAGE Student Success System is a digital educational PDF workbook. The product description, price and delivery information displayed on this website at the time of purchase form part of the purchase information.

2. Individual licence

The ₹349 purchase includes an Individual Licence for one purchaser and one licensed student. It is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal educational use. The licensed user may keep a personal digital copy and maintain one active personal printed working copy.

3. Prohibited and institutional use

You may not resell, redistribute, upload publicly, share paid files with others, sublicense, bulk-print, distribute to a class or multiple students, use the workbook for paid trainer/client distribution, remove NUSTAGE licence marks, reproduce for commercial distribution or present NUSTAGE content as your own product without written permission. Schools, colleges, coaching centres, NGOs, companies and other organisations that need multiple copies or internal distribution must request an Institutional Licence from support@nustage.in.

4. Educational-use disclaimer

NUSTAGE provides planning, learning and self-development tools. We do not guarantee marks, admission, employment, examination results or any specific outcome. The workbook does not replace professional academic, medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice.

5. Pricing and payments

The current total customer price is ₹349 in Indian Rupees for one digital workbook, with no physical-shipping fee and no recurring subscription charge. Payment, when enabled, must be completed through the methods shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate purchase and contact information.

6. Purchaser eligibility

A purchaser must be legally capable of entering into the transaction. If the purchaser is under 18, the purchase should be made with the involvement and consent of a parent or lawful guardian.

7. Digital delivery, cancellations and refunds

Digital delivery is governed by our Shipping / Delivery Policy. Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the NUSTAGE brand, website content, workbook design, text, graphics and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Purchase does not transfer ownership of those rights.

9. Website availability

We aim to keep the website and digital-delivery systems available and secure, but temporary interruption may occur because of maintenance, provider outages, security events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Changes

We may update these terms when necessary. The effective date above identifies the current published version.

11. Consumer rights and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
