SHIPPING / DELIVERY POLICY

Digital products only

Current NUSTAGE retail products are digital PDF products. No physical book, parcel or other physical item is shipped, and no physical shipping charge applies.

How delivery works

After successful payment is verified, digital access is provided electronically using secure delivery links sent to the email address entered during checkout. Customers must provide a valid, accessible email address.

Current product delivery

The Student Success System purchase provides access to one Student Success System PDF. Business Self-Check includes both the English and Tanglish PDF editions under one Individual Licence, and the delivery email provides a separate secure download link for each included file.

Delivery-link security and timing

Secure delivery links are intended to remain valid for 72 hours. Each file access then uses a short-lived signed storage URL. Digital access is intended to be available shortly after successful payment verification. If a technical delay occurs, check the purchase email and spam/junk folder before contacting support.

If you do not receive access

Email support@nustage.in with the purchase email, product name and transaction reference. Do not send card details, UPI PINs, OTPs or passwords. If a download does not begin immediately, wait briefly before retrying the same secure link; do not make a second payment.

Technical requirements

You need a device and PDF-compatible software to open the files. The Student Success System PDF is approximately 250 MB, so a stable Wi-Fi or strong network connection is recommended. Business Self-Check is delivered as two separate PDF files. Download time depends on your connection. Printing is optional and depends on your own printer or print-service settings.
